Where do you ship to?
We deliver worldwide except certain Asian and remote regions. Our warehouse is located in South Australia, but we’ve optimized our logistics for global surfers.
What are my shipping options?
  • Standard Express ($12.95 AUD): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
  • Free Economy (orders over $50 AUD): 15-25 business days via EMS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery. Express orders receive SMS/email notifications.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If your gear doesn’t fit or meet expectations, contact us at [email protected] for a prepaid return label. Exchanges/refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned items.
What if my wetsuit doesn’t fit?
We recommend consulting our sizing guides first, but if the fit isn’t right, we’ll happily exchange it. Contact us within 15 days of delivery to initiate the process.
