Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unused with original tags attached
- In original packaging with all accessories
- In resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)
Note for our water warriors: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bikini Bottoms, Bikini Tops, and Booties Gloves & Hoods unless they arrive defective.
How to Return Your Gear
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request (usually before the next tide change!)
- Package Your Items – Securely repackage with original tags and packaging
- Ship It Back – Send to: Wetsuits Ready Returns, 50 Thule Drive, PEEP HILL, AU 5374
- Track Your Return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or style? Follow the return steps above and include a note about your preferred exchange item. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance.
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund – no need to ride the hassle wave!
