At Wetsuits Ready, we’re as stoked to get your gear to you as you are to hit the waves with it! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your surf gear to you:
- Standard Shipping (A$12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Tracking included
- Free Shipping (orders over A$50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Tracking included
Note for international customers: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please allow additional time for customs clearance in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% stoked with your gear. If something’s not quite right, our hassle-free returns process has got your back.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unused with original tags attached
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Items must be in resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)
Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bikini Bottoms, Bikini Tops, and Booties Gloves & Hoods unless they arrive defective.
How to Return Your Gear
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request (usually within 24 hours)
- Package Your Items – Securely repackage with original tags and packaging
- Ship It Back – Send to:

Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or style? Follow the return steps above and include a note about your preferred exchange item.
- If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund – no need to ride the hassle wave!
