Wetsuits Ready (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website wetsuitsready.com, specializing in high-quality surf gear including wetsuits, boardshorts, bikinis, and accessories for water sports enthusiasts.

Our products are designed for surfers, swimmers, and water sports lovers who demand quality gear that performs in challenging conditions. By using our site, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases.

You’re welcome to browse our site for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas if necessary.

4. Products & Services

4.1 Product Descriptions

All orders are subject to availability. If an item sells out, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or cancel the order at your request.

4.3 Hygiene Products

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bikini Bottoms, Bikini Tops, and Booties Gloves & Hoods unless defective upon arrival.

5. Orders & Payments

5.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we email your order confirmation. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

5.2 Pricing

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after confirmation.

5.3 Payment Methods

You confirm the payment method is yours or you have authorization to use it.

5.4 Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Options:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (orders over A$50): EMS, 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only. We’re not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items (exclusions apply – see 4.3). To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, unused with original tags
• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Items must be in resalable condition (no stains, odors, damage)

6.2 Return Process

2. Wait for approval (usually within 24 hours)
3. Repackage securely with original tags/packaging
4. Ship to: Wetsuits Ready Returns, 50 Thule Drive, PEEP HILL, AU 5374

6.3 Refunds

After we receive and inspect returns:

• Processing: 3-5 business days
• Method: Original payment
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• International customers cover return shipping

6.4 Exchanges

Follow the return process and specify your preferred exchange. We’ll invoice for price differences or refund balances.

6.5 Damaged/Defective Items

Email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement/refund.

7. Liability & Disputes

7.1 Our Responsibility

We’re responsible for foreseeable loss/damage caused by our breach of these terms or negligence. We’re not liable for:

• Business losses
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Events beyond our reasonable control

7.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
